Legal
Acceptable use and content licence
What you may do with the material in the Reset Vault, what you may not, and why it matters to everyone who is paying for it.

In short
Everything here is licensed for your own personal use as a member. Please do not share, upload or redistribute it.
Everything below is the longer version of that. It applies to every member, at every level, and it forms part of the terms and conditions of membership.
Your licence to use the content
All the material in the Reset Vault — videos, audio, guides, workbooks, ebooks, written pages, thumbnails and artwork — is owned by Mindset Reset Hub or used with the owner's permission. Buying a membership does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
What you get is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content that your membership level includes, for your own personal development, for as long as your membership is active.
What you may do
- Stream any video or audio you are entitled to, as many times as you like.
- Download the guides, workbooks and ebooks your level includes, and keep those files after your membership ends.
- Print a downloaded guide or workbook for your own use.
- Write in a workbook, take notes, and apply anything you learn in your own life and your own work.
- Quote a short passage in a personal social post, if you credit Mindset Reset Hub and do not reproduce a whole guide or session.
What you may not do
- Share your login with anyone, including a partner, a colleague or a friend. One membership is one person.
- Copy, upload, post, email, stream or otherwise pass content to anyone who is not a member.
- Put content on another website, a shared drive, a messaging group, a file-sharing service or a learning platform.
- Sell, rent, sub-licence or include the content in anything you charge for.
- Use the material to deliver your own coaching, therapy, training or workshops, whether or not you charge for it.
- Record, screen-capture, rip or re-upload the video and audio sessions.
- Remove or obscure any copyright notice, credit or watermark.
- Use anything from the Vault to train a machine learning or artificial intelligence model.
- Try to reach content your membership level does not include, or to get past the access controls on the site.
If you want to use something in a way that is not on the permitted list — for a team, a client group, a workplace wellbeing programme — please just ask. We work with organisations through Reset Lite, Reset Pro and Bespoke Corporate Packages, and there is almost always a straightforward way to do it properly.
Using the site and the community
Alongside the content licence, we ask a few basic things of everyone using the site and the members-only Facebook group.
- Be decent to other members and to us. No harassment, abuse, discrimination or targeting of anyone.
- Respect other people's privacy. What someone shares in the group stays in the group.
- Do not use the site or the group to advertise, recruit or sell.
- Do not give anyone medical advice or present yourself as a clinician.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or another member's account.
- Do not use the contact form for bulk, automated or unsolicited messages.
Why we are strict about this
Every session and guide in the Vault took real time and real expertise to produce, and the membership fee is what pays for the next one. When content is passed around, the people who kept their side of the bargain are the ones who lose out. That is the whole of it.
If this is breached
Depending on what has happened and how serious it is, we may:
- get in touch and ask you to put it right;
- suspend your access while we look into it;
- end your membership without a refund for the remaining period; or
- take legal action to protect our copyright, where content has been redistributed.
Wherever it is reasonable to do so, we will speak to you first. Most cases are a misunderstanding and are settled with one email.
Reporting a problem
If you find Mindset Reset Hub content published somewhere it should not be, or you see behaviour in the community that needs looking at, tell us at support@mindsetresethub.com. Include a link if you have one. We treat these reports in confidence.
One last thing
The content is educational and psychologically informed support, not medical advice or treatment. Please read the wellbeing disclaimer before you use it.
Questions about any of this
Write to us and we will answer plainly. If your question is about your own data, say so and we will treat it as a formal request.
