Terms and conditions of membership

The agreement between you and Mindset Reset Hub when you join the Reset Vault: what you get, what it costs, how it renews, and how to stop.

Last updated 29 July 2026

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Mindset Reset Hub when you buy a membership of the Reset Vault through this website. By creating an account and paying for a membership, you accept them. Please read them before you join, and keep a copy.

They sit alongside our privacy notice, our acceptable use and content licence and the wellbeing disclaimer. Where those documents cover a point in more detail, they apply too.

You can contact us at any time by email at support@mindsetresethub.com, by phone on 07901 572017, or through the contact form.

Your membership

A membership gives one named person access to the digital content in the Reset Vault that their membership level includes, for as long as the membership is paid and active. What each level includes is set out on the pricing page and in what's included.

New content is released regularly, typically monthly. We aim to keep to that rhythm and we may change what a release contains, since the material is written and produced by us. A membership is access to the library as it stands and as it grows, not a purchase of any particular item.

Membership is personal to you. It is not a licence for a team, a class or an organisation. If you want to bring this to a group, talk to us about Reset Lite, Reset Pro or a Bespoke Corporate Package instead.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to hold a membership.
  • Give us accurate details when you register, and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about payments and password resets.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account, and sharing your login is a breach of these terms.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in pounds sterling and are the prices that apply at the moment you join. The price of your membership level, the billing interval and what is included are all shown before you pay, and confirmed on screen and by receipt afterwards.

Payment is taken by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never held by us. Stripe issues your receipts and keeps your invoice history, which you can open at any time from My Account.

We may change our prices. If the price of your membership changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you would rather not continue. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Renewal

Membership is a rolling subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period, on the same date, at the price then in force, and it keeps renewing until you or we bring it to an end. There is no minimum term and no contract length to see out.

If a payment fails

Cards expire and payments occasionally bounce. If a renewal fails, Stripe will retry it and we will email you and show a prompt in your account asking you to update your card. Your access continues through a short grace period rather than stopping the same day.

If the payment is still outstanding once the grace period ends, access to the Reset Vault pauses. Nothing is deleted, and updating your card restores your access straight away.

Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you like, from My Account, through the Stripe billing portal. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no need to email anyone or explain yourself.

When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. You will not be charged again. Your account and your history are kept, so if you rejoin later everything is where you left it.

Refunds and your cancellation rights

Because this is digital content supplied immediately, the position is set by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. That right ends once the download or streaming of digital content begins, if you have agreed to it starting immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. We ask you to confirm exactly that at checkout.

In practice, this is how we handle it:

  • If you have not opened any content and you tell us within 14 days of joining, we will refund your first payment in full.
  • If you have already used the Vault, the 14-day right no longer applies. You can still cancel at any time, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Part-used periods are not normally refunded, because you keep the access you paid for until the period ends.
  • If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, the site was unavailable for a meaningful stretch, or the content was not as described — tell us and we will put it right, including a refund where that is the fair answer. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.

Refunds are made to the card that paid, through Stripe, normally within five working days of us agreeing to one. To ask for a refund, email support@mindsetresethub.com.

Changing your membership level

You can move up or down between levels at any time from My Account. An upgrade opens the extra content straight away and Stripe adjusts your next invoice for the part of the period you have already paid. A downgrade takes effect at the point Stripe applies it, and your entitlement adjusts to match the level you are then on.

Content that sits above your level stays visible but locked, with an upgrade prompt, so you can always see what you would be adding.

The content and how you may use it

Everything in the Reset Vault — video, audio, guides, workbooks, ebooks and written material — belongs to Mindset Reset Hub or is used with permission. Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself while your membership is active. Downloaded files remain licensed on the same terms after your membership ends.

You may not copy, share, upload, resell, publish or otherwise redistribute the content, and you may not use it to deliver your own sessions, training or programmes. The full position is in the acceptable use and content licence.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available at all times, and we cannot promise it will never be down. Maintenance, hosting problems and things outside our control all happen. Where an outage is planned and significant, we will give members notice.

We may change these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law or in how the service works. If a change affects you materially, we will email members at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not want to accept it.

When we can end a membership

We may suspend or end a membership, without a refund for the remaining period, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or the acceptable use policy. That means, in practice: sharing your login, redistributing content, or behaving abusively towards us or other members. Wherever it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

We may also close the Reset Vault entirely. If we ever do, we will give members at least 30 days' notice and refund any period paid for beyond the closing date.

Our responsibility to you

The Reset Vault is educational and psychologically informed support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from your GP or a registered health professional. Please read the wellbeing disclaimer before you use any of the material.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity, since this membership is supplied for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Complaints and governing law

If something is wrong, tell us. Email support@mindsetresethub.com with what happened and what you would like us to do, and we will reply within five working days.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Questions about any of this

Write to us and we will answer plainly. If your question is about your own data, say so and we will treat it as a formal request.
